@dtptraffic came across this uncivilized driver of the car DL4CBD3322 at Paschim Vihar red light which is next after Peeragarhi towards Punjabi Bagh. This car forcibly knocking my car ran away on a red light and abused when objected. Pls pull cctv and penalise the miscreants!!
