बनारस में राजेंद्र प्रसाद स‍िंह अपने बेटे के ल‍िए दवा लेने जा रहे थे। महानगर बस से सुंदरपुर के ल‍िए बैठे। सीट के ल‍िए एक यात्री से व‍िवाद हो गया। मामला सुंदरपुर चौकी पहुंचा। दरोगा नरेंद्र प्रताप स‍िंह ने यात्री की जेब से 100 रुपए चुराने का आरोप लगाकर राजेंद्र को जेल में डाल द‍िया। जेल में पुल‍िस ने राजेंद्र को इतना प्रताड़‍ित क‍िया क‍ि उनकी मौत हो गई। मामले जी जांच दरोगा राधेश्‍याम को सौंपी गई। राधेश्‍याम ने कहा क‍ि राजेंद्र ने अपने शॉल को फंदा बनाकर आत्महत्‍या कर ली। अगले द‍िन बीएचयू में पोस्‍टमार्टम हुआ। मंडलीय अस्‍पताल के डॉक्‍टर केके जैन ने पोस्‍टमार्टम क‍िया और अपनी र‍िपोर्ट में बताया क‍ि मौत फंदे की वजह से हुई है। पुल‍िस ने पर‍िजनों को ब‍िना बताये अंत‍िम संस्‍कार कर द‍िया।

राजेंद्र की पत्‍नी ने मानवाध‍िकार आयोग से इसकी श‍िकायत की। मामले की जांच सीबीसीआईडी को सौंपी गई। तत्‍कालीन दरोग नरेंद्र प्रताप स‍िंह को 10 साल और राधेश्‍याम स‍िंह को 6 महीने की सजा हुई है। जानेमाने बाल रोग व‍िशेषज्ञ डॉक्‍टर केके जैन को 5 साल की सजा और 40 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया है। मामला 29 साल पुराना 1997 की है। अब जाकर फैसला आया है। सोच‍िए हमारा स‍िस्‍टम क‍ितना भ्रष्‍ट और घुना हुआ है।

She can directly go for medical examination in nearest Government Hospital without F.I.R.
Medical team will inform Police about incident and then Police take cognizance and Loged the F.I.R under supervision of lady Police Officer after taking the Statement of Victim.

The woman, who is a Hindu from a scheduled caste, has been through a lot in last 4 years: gangrape, threats, force-feeding of cow meat, abuse, trauma and, most recently, threats from his jail cell

Yesterday was a long day.

I was called for questioning in connection with a case that I believed had no merit, and I attended the questioning to present my version. However, the police arrested me at 5.30 PM.

I was granted bail at 10 PM, and the Hon’ble Duty Judge clearly stated that he saw no offence in the case. He also said that he saw no mens rea and failed to understand why I had even been arrested.

Grateful to @RaviSharmaTalks and @sidcool2302, the wonderful lawyers who helped me through this.

Thankful to the many people, both online and offline, who supported me. I’m truly grateful. Of course, there are many who dislike you and use such opportunities to strike harder when you are down, but that’s fair game. It was your day, and you took it. I can take those blows and come back.

At times like these, one realises the importance of ideological support. The people who stood by me at the most crucial juncture were neither close friends nor relatives, but those with whom I am bound by ideology. And it delivered for me when it mattered most.

This incident has added many new layers of perspective, most importantly the ones we usually miss in the melee of day-to-day social media discourse.

I’ll write about the specifics of this case another day. For now, I just want to say thank you so much to everyone who has been a well-wisher. I’m grateful.

A shocking video from the District Magistrate’s office in Siddharthnagar, Uttar Pradesh is spreading rapidly on social media.

A distressed citizen went to the DM office pleading for help. His elderly mother was brutally attacked by monkeys in their village, suffering severe head injuries that needed multiple stitches. He had already filed written complaints with the District Forest Officer (DFO), but no action was taken.

Days after DMK MLA Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin spoke about eradicating Sanathana Hindu Dharma on the floor of the legislative assembly, TVK MLA Thiru VMS Mustafa came in support of Thiru Udhayanidhi Stalin’s remarks. Not only is this very unfortunate but also it shows the level of hatred they harbour in their minds towards an eternal Dharma that helps us to lead a meaningful life!

DMK & TVK, in their very short history, have proven to the people that they are two sides of the same coin. DMK has forgotten what their constant attack on Sanathana Hindu Dharma has brought them to. TVK will also soon remember.

If either DMK or TVK had the courage of conviction, they should have openly declared during their election campaigns that targeting Sanathana Hindu Dharma would be central to their politics. Instead, they hid behind secularism & theatrics, only to reveal their true intentions after seeking votes from the very people whose faith they now insult with arrogance and impunity.

Please be reminded, Sanathana Hindu Dharma is not your punching bag! I sincerely hope their remarks will not go unpunished by our people.

SC-ST Act Has Taken Another Life..!

19-year-old NEET aspirant Roshni died by suicide in her rented room in February 2026. A suicide note recovered from her phone stated she died because she couldn't clear NEET.

Her family, however, framed landlord Vijay Rathore under the SC-ST Act and made his life hell through regular harassment, alleging foul play in Roshni's death.

Exhausted and humiliated, Rathore also died by suicide.

His wife Karuna alleges that constant threats and police harassment pushed him to death.

Udhaynidhi Stalin’s remark, that Sanatana Dharma must be eradicated, has already been adjudged by courts as “hate speech and a clear attack on Hinduism carrying implications akin to genocide”.

Today, inside the Tamil Nadu assembly, Stalin repeated the statement. No one objected.
