Today I met with @oscepa Vice-President and Special Representative for the South Caucasus Luis Graça (Portugal).
We discussed #Armenia-#OSCE, Armenia-#EU cooperation, regional developments, and the Armenia-#Azerbaijan peace process. I also highlighted the urgent issue of Armenian POWs, detained and missing persons in Azerbaijan.

🇦🇲 🇦🇿 On 18 November 2025, in the margins of the 23rd Autumn Session of the @oscepa in Istanbul, a bilateral meeting took place between the parliamentary delegations of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

During the meeting we noted the positive role of the Washington Summit and exchanged views on the agreements achieved, the next steps toward strengthening peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the importance of the parliamentary support for this process in both countries.
