BREAKING: Donald Trump and his crooked children REFUSE to comply with the discovery process in the ongoing fraud lawsuit brought against the Trump Organization by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

The AG's office has submitted a letter to the court claiming that the Trumps still will not hand over emails and other shady communications. Investigators are particularly concerned about an "an unexplained drop-off in emails for Ivanka Trump."

The emails turned over by Donald's daughter dropped from roughly 1,200 emails/month over the first nine months of 2014 to 37 emails/month in 2016 — a deeply suspicious change that could indicate she is lying to cover up damaging communications.

The AG's office says that "not only" have the Trumps "failed to offer any substantive response to this inquiry" but "there have been no documents produced by Ms. Trump."

The judge is now requiring the Trump to submit affidavits explaining how they have complied with the discovery so far — something that they will struggle to do since they have not been complying. They have until May 12th to deliver the remaining documents.

JUST IN:  Dominion Voting Systems says they intend to call Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Maria Bartiromo, and Laura Ingraham to the stand in their $1.6 billion defamation trial against Fox News.

Dominion previously asked Delaware Superior Court to force Fox Corporation Chairman Rupert Murdoch to testify at trial.
