@RealTimMalcolm @packdrip A buyer did this to me on a $500 item that she claimed was not received. I checked her items for sale - she sold mainly Gucci handbags. It’s so easy to buy items on eBay, claim not received and get a refund. I’m surprised it’s not more common.

@packdrip Same thing happened to me. I sold a $500 concert poster, USPS delivery confirmation showed delivered. Buyer claimed she didn’t receive it. eBay was happy to offer me seller protection, until the buyer got her credit card to chargeback eBay. Then eBay took back my sale proceeds.
