@virginmedia 5th of April I signed up for broadband. Installation date delayed twice. It’ll be 38 days since signing up that you plan to install my connection. I’ve taken time off work and been a month without an internet connection. This is appalling.

@sainsburys did you know that you can’t buy carrots at the self checkout tills? Or any other vegetable that needs weighing. Specifically talking about Canada Water store.

@ShellEnergyHome can’t access my bills on your website or app. Assume it’s down?? Considering you don’t send me paper bills anymore this makes it rather pointless when I need to print one off as proof of address.
