@JimStoppani my wife just finished 1 month post gastric bypass surgery. She is having a hard time meeting her protein intake suggest by Dr. She tried pro jym and whey iso from other companies. Lactose doesn't sit well.. Pea protein doesn't sit well either. Any suggestions Doc?

@JimStoppani @jkamb90 so...I fell off the wagon. Tried some fat loss apps and quit the gym due to covid. What program would you recommend for barbell only available equipment? Also 255lbs. What should I start my macros at to start back on stoppani program?
@BioLayne Layne ..believe it or not there are people saying eating poptarts are good. This is said to be right after an intense workout. Same is said for gummy bears or anything that has dextrose in it (even sugary cereals) to replenish glycogen loss
@BioLayne hi layne. Just curious. My immediate family is of the high risk factor. I am going to start going to the gym. Do you know of any breathable masks that are better for weight lifting that are good quality?

@BioLayne hi Layne. Here is a product I thought you'd be interested in reviewing. After watching your videos on the bambody product I figured here was another one you could delve into. Product is called invigor8. Supposed to be full of superfoods, omegas etc. Thoughts?
@JimStoppani @jkamb90 Is it better to sip on pre jym or post jym when not training? I am not caffeine sensitive and usually take the SS8 with pre jym 2 times A-day. Just wondering which of the 2 is better to sip on instead of energy drinks
@BioLayne any positivity on emodin supplements? Also I have a hard time reading and retaining info. Is your book fat loss forever easy to read and understand? I want to make a change but find a lot of readings difficult. Someone tells me I remember. Reading is different for me.
