BREAKING: RETRIBUTION! Pirro’s job still HANGING BY A THREAD as Todd Blanche coldly reminds reporters that Trump "is allowed" to fire prosecutors for telling the truth.

Asked directly whether firing a U.S. Attorney for simply following the evidence would send a chilling message about political independence at the Justice Department, Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche didn't even pretend to care.

"Hypothetically, if the President chose to fire a United States attorney, it turns out he's allowed to do that because he's the President of the United States," Blanche said flatly, declining to even affirm confidence in his own U.S. Attorney's judgment.

That chilling indifference is exactly the climate Jeanine Pirro is now navigating for her political life.

According to a bombshell New York Times report, Pirro marched into the Oval Office last Monday, evidence boxes in tow, after Trump publicly accused her of "folding like an umbrella" for withdrawing charges against David Hearn, a 67-year-old former Olympic canoeist wrongly indicted for "vandalizing" Trump's botched Reflecting Pool renovation.

Pirro's real offense: she demolished Trump's preferred narrative — pushed by Interior Secretary Doug Burgum — that vandals, not a rushed, shoddy contractor job, damaged the landmark.

Inside that Oval Office confrontation, Pirro reportedly went toe-to-toe with Burgum directly, accusing him of feeding Trump a "self-serving cover story" to hide his own department's failures. After reviewing thousands of pages of evidence, Pirro's team concluded the case against Hearn was built on false assumptions from Park Police and Interior officials — evidence that could have sent an innocent man to prison for up to 10 years.

Trump emerged only slightly less furious. He told reporters he's still "not happy" with Pirro and hasn't "made a determination" about her future. Blanche's press conference comments make it painfully clear: in Trump's Justice Department, doing your job honestly is treated as an act of disloyalty deserving punishment, not integrity deserving protection.

Pirro says she's not afraid of a "you're fired" moment. She may need that courage. Because in Trump's Washington, telling the truth about a botched $14 million renovation is apparently a firing offense — and his own Acting Attorney General just confirmed it.

Last night Donald Trump released a declassified document that says his own intelligence community identified Putin as personally running an operation to defeat my father in 2020, built around a fake Burisma corruption scandal centered around me and executed through prominent Americans.

Trump tasked his personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to fly to Kyiv and meet a known Russian agent.

The Americans who ran, laundered, and legitimized the operation:
