Traffic advisory--Update at 8 AM, SB 405 is still shut down south of the 101 in the Sepulveda Pass due to a CHP officer-involved shooting. SB 405 backed up to Devonshire in the valley. The detour is Sepulveda Blvd and it's a mess. Also, EB 101 at the 405 is backed up.
