@AmazonHelp received a package today with a damaged product. It's a powder and the lid came off inside the plastic shipping bag. I keep trying to process a return, but get msg "We're currently experiencing longer than normal wait times. We're sorry about this." No phone number.

@SonosSupport When setting up my new Move the app get's stuck on a page that says "Turn on Bluetooth to continue" Bluetooth is turned on on my phone. The phone is an inch from the speaker and both are next to the wifi router. Only option is "cancel set-up"
