@AmazonHelp Yes we can sign in. Purchase from Amazon store (this was blocked but now works), emails are coming through for deliveries but nothing from specialist support. Still can't order anything digitally.

@AmazonUK @AmazonHelp why is there no UK phone number or email address for ongoing amazon account issues? The online chat advisors are unable to help. For such a large company this is appalling! The prime fee is still being taken each month for a service that is less than poor!

@AmazonHelp The frustration is that when we are on live chat they are unable to view our details and are unable to check or confirm anything. There is no way to escalate and nothing is getting resolved

@AmazonHelp No we have been told 6 times that we will be sent an email but nothing has come through. We have checked spam/junk and nothing.
We are worried as the account was hacked that these may have been sent to somebody else

@AmazonHelp There was an attempt to hack our account and transactions from another country were blocked by Amazon. Since then we have been unable to buy anything digitally (eg prime films) and have contacted the chat service on 6 or 7 occasions but nothing resolved

@Barclays why is it impossible to speak to your mortgage customer service team. 4 hours on hold this week and I've spoken to nobody!! Less than poor service. Regretting my mortgage choices!

@YourMove_UK quite possibly the worst service i have ever received. do not respond to emails and phone calls and aim to withold deposits with no genuine reason. I have never dealt with such incompetency.

@HastingsHelp disgusted in the extra £30 charge as I put the wrong purchase date of my car. £30 for you to change 1 number. Will not be renewing with you next year! and this is not a mid term change as I was told. It was an amendment to the inital set up details. Absolute joke!
