We have to find another way to ban birthright citizenship and there are many ways

- Congressional legislation amending the Immigration and Nationalit: Pass a statute creating explicit exceptions to birthright citizenship for children born to parents unlawfully present in the United States

- Attach birthright citizenship provisions to must-pass legislation: Incorporate language into vehicles like the SAVE Act

- Constitutional amendment to modify the 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause: Propose and ratify an amendment clarifying or narrowing “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” to exclude children of non-citizens or undocumented immigrants

Rep. Anna Paulina Luna challenged Democratic criticism of the SAVE Act with a simple question:
