First testmodel for my newest army: chosen of the spirit tree for Shroudfall. This has been without much doubt one of the most fun models I have painted in quite a while.

And what do you do when you are too unpatient to wait for the shops to open so you can get a chain? Well, you make one from some cut-up plastic tubes of course.

Please help me, oh mighty interwebs!
I’m thinking about gifting myself a warhammer 40K combat patrol, to completely go to town on and convert into something unique.
What set should I get? And what should I do with it?
@V_Thorsby@striketherunes In this case? Gel superglue and some patience. Some greenstuff also works you need something to bridge the gap. I also used a knife to shave some bits from the socket, so I could place the hip part at an angle.
@striketherunes The right leg was cut above the knee joint. I cut the ribbed part away from the back of the thigh, trimmed it to shape and used it to cover the gap that was left on the top. All that was left or do was. To put the legs at an angle and glue the hips in between 2/2
@striketherunes I’ll see if I find time to do some drawing of how I did.
Basically, the left leg is unchanged. The left foot had the ring where the ball joint goes in shaved a bit in the back, so the bottom of the leg wouldn’t bump into that bit. 1/2
