@Tesla @elonmusk I've looked forward to owning a Tesla for a long time. Finally got a new X on Sep 8th, suspension problems started on the 9th, towed for service on the 11th. Still waiting for my brand-new vehicle to get fixed. 1/3

It was supposed to be done yesterday (3d delay), but no communication from service center. Only let me know today they were still waiting on parts when I contacted them. Now it's scheduled for the 27th. Owned 19 days, 16 days in service, and 2 days undrivable. 2/3

@Hertz Still dozens of people checked in and waiting for cars at Buffalo NY airport. Some have been here for a couple hours. We paid in advance 6 weeks ago, reservation doesn’t mean reserved I guess.
