Sent it back, checked out and 5min later received $20 fee for new box that I didn’t request. I made sure it was marked request fix on my schedule not every x# of months. No way to cancel this new fix in app or on site. I do not want it and I want my $20 back. #ScamAlert

So pissed off @stitchfix Received notification early this month that they had scheduled a fix, I thought so had put it where it was only sent upon my request but chalked it up to my bad and ate the $20 fee. Got box and it was awful.
