-Gross Handle for Aug '25 was $31M more than Aug '24
-Privilege taxes for Aug '25 were 9.1% more than Aug '24
-After the first 2 mos of FY 26, there has been a 9.5% increase in collections compared to the same time last year

-June's privilege taxes assessed on licensed sportsbooks took TN above $100M in a fiscal year for the first time since legalization.

Privilege taxes collected for FY25 (through May) are $96.9M, so with one month to go in the fiscal year the State is likely to collect >$100M in privilege taxes for all of FY25.
The State collected $87.6M from licensed sportsbooks in FY24.
