@Lvandenberg I've hung around a lot of Aquarians. Beyond that it's been a pretty big mix. In high school it was Geminis. I'm very pro-Scorpio as I am a Scorpio and know some solid Scorpios out there. I've had a few solid Capricorns in the mix as well.

Beaver Stadium is at least the 4th largest stadium in the world. Tiger Stadium is more like #8. The stadium holds >2x the population of the town. State College is somewhat isolated. 10,000s come to town on football weekends anyway.

@kendraffe @MariaHaskins Generations of children grew up bottle-fed; they were okay. Some women cannot breastfeed; their children are okay, too. Possibly best advice: Let go of idealized visions of parenthood. Take what comes & do your best. Listen to your needs & the needs of your child. Tune out noise.

@SheilaSquill Made mix tapes. Hung out at friends' houses and danced in the basement or watched movies. Went into town to see who was hanging out. Made art. Spent a lot of time at the local diner. Went to the cities when we could. Called in to the college radio station.
