I feel people just don't care anymore about where they live. This could be down to so many reasons.

We don't have to live in dirty town & cities because councils don't care or can't be bothered. It's time to step up & get a grip of it ourselves, here in Caldmore Walsall this messy alleyway is well used, so I keep it swept out litter picked & I painted with walls to freshen up

Flytips reported on love clean streets app. All from a small area in Stoneygate ward Leicester.
The council will collect, but it's constant. Leicester has a free bulky collection.
