I wouldn't bet money on it ever happening, but it would be nice if the next Bachmann Troublesome Trucks used the newer Bachmann UK 7-plank tooling. Something like this would give CGI style Troublesome Trucks (with unique faces) a bold impression and incentive to buy them
im convinced this is the only image they used as reference when making crovans gates CGI model, explains the canopy becoming a footbridge and the canopy over the entrance becoming... whatever its supposed to be
@SodorPro@Sud_Firelighter I honestly doubt they were lost, especially considering the Glyn Vally Coaches appeared in S22. Arc/Jam Filled just never really put the same effort into little details such as train consists. It’s the same reason every standard gauge train just became red trucks and grey vans.
There’s tons of evidence of this being true:
- Gordon refers to Brendam as being on “the Main Line” in Heroes
- Maron is called “the end of the line” in S1
- The crew didn’t think the Narrow Gauge engines would be possible to film until AFTER S3
Does anyone have a complete list of all the previous sudrian wagon yard releases? Website keeps kicking me back to page one. Anyway these are quite cool

Quick comments about the new HO Bachmann announcements.. they're fine? Nothing really all that exciting to me but still a couple pretty cool additions. The new brakevan is my favorite thing here, a new class helps to add some variety.
D199's original merchandise, while original, seems to be inspired by Scruffey's face, most notably the nose and cheekbones. It helps D199's original face feel more in-line with the other Season 4 new characters.
On the modeling side of things, here's something fun!
This was a commission from @KiwiConductor who asked me to model the luggage transporter seen in 'Buzz, Buzz' in TVS style. I had tons of fun with this and it was nice to model something I hadn't usually done before
Lets bulid on my Callan/Scrapyard Theory. In Twin Trouble, D&D work all around the island. One day they are at Callan where STH tells them one is needed to go to the smelters. Douglas travels all around the island while Donald stays at the smelters. When Donald has his (2/?)
It looks like David Mitton completely forgot that Oliver used to work with Duck on his branch line judging by Duck having to explain it as if it was never Oliver’s workplace before.
For David Mitton, Oliver was only a shunter/goods engine, and it is shown in all of his S5 roles.
If you consider “the junction” from Bulgy as an early Tidmouth Bay then everything flows perfectly.
This explains why we see Thomas pass by Duck and Oliver twice in that episode. This is the junction between both their lines.
Duck goes Tidmouth, then Tidmouth Bay, then Callan.
