@Nicolaj16 @SabinaEsMut This dough was a bit wet , I have adjusted the recipe with less water for next, getting flour is the main issue, might have to resort to the Internet
@twmdavidson The starter recipe is in replies to original post because I am an idiot. For the loaf 1/4 cup of starter 225g strong white flour plus 250ml water mix in bowl leave overnight add 225g more flour and knead , rest 10 mins knead , shape prove for 4 hrs bake 250 10 mins 220 until done
I used 1/4 flour with a scant 1/4 of water gave it a good stir and left it on the side covered with a tea towel for days you should see bubbles if not wait. Then feed with 1/4 cup flour and scant 1/4 cup of water each day for a week removing 2 tbs of the starter before you feed.
