@journeys_ARPG@Giulio6686 At the same time I understand this disclosures are meant to protect creators and reduce the amount of slop. But slip doesn’t necessarily mean it involved AI usage, so it’s unfair
@journeys_ARPG@Giulio6686 There te a lot of layers to this. For the great games it won’t be even noticeable whether AI was used in the process or not, and the fact that everything should disclose its usage will make some group hating on it just because
@xikhar I’ve seen a guy that managed to create a tool to export unreal games to the web. I don’t find it too interesting, I believe the best route is the other way (web -> steam)
As for the unreal usage, I see what you mean, but you can make your own web engine modular for your games
@anshuc Amazing, seems actually funnier than balatro to me, in concept. I’ll give it a try.
Also… how did you make the trailer? Surely it wasn’t just fable alone, right?
@Giulio6686 I think exactly the opposite. AI tools allow me to have that joy and not have to waste months just to craft a floppy prototype that doesn’t even work. Iteration is so much quicker and ideation is so much more enjoyable
@MrCollison@samtechcoded Yep, great answer. It’s funny how this world turns ahah the anti-ai people are the ones I’d bet 5 years ago would be vocal to defend AI’s feelings as a some sort of new race 🤣
