@gamer_lafan@22T0jG8vwBiNZGt@sukesankoba I do not think there is a rule to it. Certainly collectors have *potential* to enjoy the games more deeply in its original form that emulation doesn't offer, as owning the game let's you experience the packaging, setup and all that. For some games that's also important
@OliverJia1014 Early 2000s and late 90s were incredible. Then again that was really a LONG time ago, and imports were tough to get over the Internet, Japan wasn't really accessible online. I remember first buying via proxy in the mit 2000s and that was a real adventure for the few nerds.
@OliverJia1014 Influencers ruined everything, unfortunately. In 2015 it was still OK, though a lot worse than during my first visit 2007. With covid's collectible hobby boom and more and more influencers who go "game hunting", it was over
@Chris94501165@sukesankoba One of the kids we played with would hold it like that and use BOTH THUMBS extended to the middle of the controller to move the stick. Somehow he was still able to remain competitive
@SawyerMerritt@e_b_andy__ This is not an ugly car, I think people are missing the point. The problem is that it doesn't look NEARLY as premium as its pricetag, and it lacks Ferrari extravagance.
Tbh, my first association with the taillights was Nissan. AI helped me here... Imagine a 4-dour Nissan Z-car.
@otearai753 I wanted to go to this place multiple times (the Maguro-tei). It is known for big portion, satisfactory quality, and cheap price. And rude service, according to Google lol
Unfortunately the hours are weird and it was always closed when I tried to go.
@stephenpetzke@PixelCNinja They won't crush anything. You can already buy neo geo ports on virtually every console and there were two mini consoles.
NGH is for hardcore collectors who want the real deal. The many perfect Shelby Cobra replicas haven't crushed any original's value either.
