@JagexSupport Hi, my main account RSN: ToastiBread was hacked and botted on, and then subsequently banned approximately two years ago without my knowledge. is there any way for a support member to look into IP addresses to help me get my account back? I had so much time in it.

@JagexSupport I'm asking again that someone look into the ban on my account 'toastibread' I quit the game for a couple years, and came back to it being banned for macroing with no appeal available. if someone could ook at the IP addresses i would be very grateful. thank you <3

Hey @JagexSupport I would love to have even the smallest investigation into why my account was banned :/ I stopped playing a couple years ago and I tried to log back in only to learn I had been banned for macroing even though I wasn't playing the game when the ban came through...
