What you and everyone else is missing is an issue of proportionality. You don’t stab someone in the heart because they touch you. There was not a shred of evidence admitted by either side or even available, that would’ve substantiated the need for deadly force. When you start to understand this in the law, you can start to understand the reality of this case.
