@benjaminduerr From a legal perspective, all weapons cause suffering during and long after the conflict. Also, most weapons are indiscriminate. It is the person who uses them that makes the difference. And if I remember correctly, 111 countries do not create customary international law.

@JudyMionki Getting visas for work is fully funded and expedited by the ICC for external teams. I also know that the ICC has advanced payments to help moving costs, but unfortunately, the persons still had to pay it back through their remuneration.

To be clear @7SpringsPA, the personnel are doing the best job they can. It is the decision made by the management company, @VailResorts, that makes this place unpleasant and not worth the money one pays to stay here.
