@glennkirschner2 A law student could most likely prosecute Trump for obstruction and get a conviction. But going by Rudy's performance in court yesterday, and the judge's comments and prompts, Giuliani would have trouble winning a case if he had video evidence & a signed confession.
@glennkirschner2 I concur fully about the Mueller report. Though I am not a lawyer, I read the entire report. Mueller’s team adduced evidence carefully and applied it the legal standard objectively. They proved beyond a reasonable doubt that President Trump committed felony obstruction of justice
Trump could be indicted on Jan. 21 for multiple counts of obstruction of justice, as fully & meticulously documented by Mueller in VOL II of the Trump-Russia report. A first year prosecutor could win the case in her sleep. Only question is: are we a country of laws or of men?
The world we live in: just got off call w/guy who fixes my car. 100 per cent convinced election was stolen, and result will be overturned. This is Trump's hideous enduring legacy.
@Acyn Why does the press not just... walk out? This isn't a press conference. It's a pathetic attempt at a hate rally. Why does the press allow themselves to be used in this way? Why not just leave?
BREAKING: Donald Trump demands that hospitals no longer send COVID-19 information to the CDC, but rather to the National Healthcare Safety Network. I smell a cover up in progress.

What do Joe Arpaio, Dinesh D'Souza, Scooter Libby, Bernard Kerik, Rod Blagojevic and Roger Stone have in common?
1. They're incorrigible examples of the worst of America.
2. They all got pardoned by the worst American.
From Barr's confirmation hearing: “Q: Do you believe a president could lawfully issue a pardon in exchange for the recipient’s promise to not incriminate him?” Barr: “No, that would be a crime.”
