Step 1: Meta Al → Settings →
"Manage your information" → Delete chats and media Al has been training on your DMs already. This wipes it.

Step 2: Accounts Center → Ad preferences → Turn everything to minimum
"Your activity off Meta technologies" → Turn off.

Step 3: Accounts Center → Accounts → Unlink Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp They've been building a model across all their social media platform. Break the connection.

Step 4: Every time you use Meta Al → Settings → Delete your history Otherwise it's training data forever.

Stops websites from reporting to Meta. This is the ONLY official opt-out Meta offers.
