Update: The issue I had with @brassHQ has now been resolved. I appreciate @MuyoSan for reaching out and @gutsyphilip for stepping in personally to ensure a resolution. Grateful

After multiple attempts to reach their customers support channel, to no avail. Cos almost every channel is dead.

I got searched online and found a telegram group. That's when I know I'm not the only one.

I took a chance on @brassHQ (@BrassHelp) after their acquisition by @paystack, @PiggyBankNG & @vp_fund was announced.

Even after paying ₦12k for Legal Search for more than a month now. My business funds are stuck. No access, no withdrawals. It's disappointing and damaging.

@MuyoSan @BrassHelp Yet, nothing is yet to be done about it. According to their app, we can't make transfers because of compliance.

Yet, we completed what need to be done from our end more than a month now and nothing is done from their end.

I've sent multiple emails to them. No different.

@MuyoSan For more than a month now, we can make any transfers from our account with @BrassHelp.

Initially, I thought it was because of compliance. We completed the whole required actions for compliance, even with a payment of 12k naira for Legal search.
