@AmericanAir @walterwhitepill Only thing worse than being dumb is playing dumb. We were recently delayed almost 4 hours returning from Europe on AA. The carrier did not let passengers know that we are entitled to compensation due to EU rules. But they do not fail to let us know when we owe them money.

@AmericanAir after an almost 4 hour delay and in-flight Wi-Fi out of service on AA 67 from BCN to JFK yesterday, the cabin service was indifferent at best. It left a bad taste in my mouth and reminded me why we usually fly United. This would not be tolerated where I work.
