I have added performance comparisons with other minimalistic phones and the camera comparison chart. This helps give a true overview of the Commodore Callback 8020.

I am not associated with Commodore. I spent 10 years running a very successful telecommunications company, managing government mobile accounts, and have kept a keen interest in mobiles ever since. I have seen the movement away from smartphones and see real value in this latest release.

It is not for everyone—many will hate it, some will embrace it—but I don't see Commodore fans as the main customer base. It will appeal most to Gen Z, who can easily afford the $399 Callback since ~85–94% own iPhones costing $799–$1,599+. Only time will tell if Commodore markets it right to this generation, which is leading the digital detox movement.
