In private sector depending on who you work for i get no pension cont on commission, just basic. On a high salary it would take 10 years work in the private sector to match 1 years in public…

@worlizzyk @LeeHurstComic I don’t think you realise the generosity of this compared to the private sector. To get 14k a year index linked for life in the private sector thats what a 250k pot. Average pot someone retires at in the private sector is about £150k.
