@RangersFC@colsb1976 Simple answer has to be that it gets played in an empty stadium then. If they won’t allow an allocation then they don’t get their own manky fans in there either
@Chris_Jack89 We need maximum points but look the more likely of all 4 teams to drop points. Spineless and heartless players blowing a great opportunity every other week
@4ladshadadream I like Rohl but my concerns with his appointment were his inexperience as a manager. That is costing us this league - Hibs and now this game are dropped points that will derail us. He’s a great coach and done great work with players but missing a proper number 2 to guide him
@scotlandscoeff1@Official_T4O Good to see some sort of solution but the club should be pursuing the directors/members who signed off on the original purchase of this player. That was gross negligence on their part
He can be blamed for putting Chermiti on when we needed a goal. How did he think that disaster movie was going to end? He can be blamed for not giving guys that are hungry and give a fuck a chance to play in favour of absolute diddys
Seeing a lot more criticism of Danny Rohl after last night than expected.
Fair to question his selection and substitutions, but what can we expect him to do with this squad?
Rangers created close to 4xG. He can’t be blamed for poor finishing and individual defensive mistakes.
I disagree it’s not on Rohl. You’re chasing a game and you bring on a striker who couldn’t score in a brothel who misses another sitter. That’s on Rohl for bringing him on. He could have brought on Curtis and put Mivoski central - even put on the sub goalie who’d have scored
Unpopular opinion perhaps, Some of the attacking was good last night but we don’t have the ruthless quality to make it count (we know this)
That’s not on Röhl
He can’t make our defenders defend properly & he can’t make our strikers finish simple chances. The defending & finishing at times last night was criminal.
He is dealing with a severe lack of quality
He may or may not be good enough, but it’s impossible with this group. He’s not above criticism but context is key.
Yes, the (over) use of some players is questionable but he clearly has to get something out of high value purchases & it’s easier to make Curtis etc wait whilst he does this.
That judgement is on him certainly.
Not a defence, just an observation.
@pieandbov I’m curious. Why is this one the watershed moment? Why not the countless others that have gone before? This is one in a long line and actually in a more meaningless fixture than say a cup final, title or relegation decider or a high profile derby.
Clear attempt to try and showcase him as not as bad as we all know he is. But he’s the epitome of talking a good game - even a pub pundit can do that. It’s actions and results that define it and his locker is empty when it comes to that. Get him out of our club
@4ladshadadream@RangersFC Sounds a bit like the pre cursor for us not spending money in Jan after spunking £30m on shite in the summer. Thelwell trying to claim this as part of the plan. Fact is we don’t have academy players ready to step in to the areas we need (CB,LB,ST) the most
@TheRefsView 100%. I can understand the on field refs caution but on review there is only one sensible conclusion here. Once again var fails due to to incompetence of the operators
