@DrNowzaradan just started a new game of #my600lblife challenge. Laneatha S8 was the inspiration of this lunch, she had this after three breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown, followed by a whole chicken with creamed potato’s and meat gravy. What do you think? Is this nutritious?
