'Another crowd spilled out of the station. I looked through it, wondering if I would still recognise him after all this time, but he wasn’t hard to spot.'
Some great writers I have recently discovered: Sarah Manguso, Jenny Offil and Keiran Goddard. Recommended for lovers of literary fiction that is both grounded and experimental at the same time. Wonderful stuff.
Been out of the writing game for a while, hardly written a word, hardly sent anything out. But I'm getting back on it. Started with a novel entry to @prize_novel. Although I say I haven't written much, I have 70 poems on the notes app of my phone. This is new for me. Not a poet.
