@hobdaydesign @hybrid_alex @buttondown @justinmduke Basecamp's an eternal inspiration, esp with how they ground prose + copy.

Some others that I really loved for striking the balance of density + clarity in the most recent go-round:

Vision Pro looks promising. The "Pro" seems very intentional - this is first gen, expensive, still more of a tech demo. Give it a few more years though... #WWDC23

@tahazsh It needs to be applied directly on the drag handle element, prior to the pointerdown event firing

[Toby Zerner @tobyzerner]

@tahazsh You can use touch-action: none for that! https://t.co/mXyRDKPVMa

[Toby Zerner @tobyzerner]

@tahazsh Also, even if it's just an example, I think it would be worth mentioning accessibility in here. Without keyboard/screenreader support, this UI is unusable to users who have impaired vision or don't use a pointing device. I've done a bit of work on this 😅 https://t.co/RPtYYhkhMX

@MohamedKamalUWK @eMediciAU Just a Google Sheet I whipped up :)

[Toby Zerner @tobyzerner]

Working on performance improvements for @eMediciAU's Laravel backend. Apart from some query optimisation, major bottlenecks were:

- Lots of inefficient Gate checks → implemented a caching layer
- Hydrating way too many Eloquent models → use toBase() instead
