Hey man, it’s kinda disingenuous not to include letsbonk on this list.

Apart from it being one of the first you publicly acknowledged and bought. I feel it’s a no brainer to have at least literal name of the platform with a strong organic community as one of the leaders.

I understand trying to not focus on bonk related memes etc but this literal puts the platform in every ones mouth if it does well.

It deserves a mention.

If stable swaps are zero fees then obviously it should not be counted. But if someone is paying the fees, it should not matter which of your fungible token they swap.

User A swapped a total of $1 million usd SOL - USDT and paid $10,000 in fees

User B swapped a total of $ million usd USDC - USDT and paid $10,000 in fees

Both of them are healthy for the protocol and there should be no discrimination in rewards. The wallet routes through redacted and it makes no sense what fungible token is been swapped as long as fees are paid.

Well, the entire staking and questing in itself is a whales game, as you and the team know. It’s a linear reward system and incentivises and rewards those who commit enough skin in the game.

That’s why those with the huge staking power and largest volume will get more than the average everyday user with their $100 daily swaps. Not saying it’s fair but it it what it is.

Protocol needs the whales for huge metrics as long as they pay their fees. If protocol wanted to be a fair playing ground, then it should not be a linear reward system.

You know this, team knows this. It’s kinda absurd this discussion is happening cos team knows it cannot alienate the whales.

Someone that has a million staking power, and does a million volume and pays fees (stable swaps or not) should definitely be rewarded more than someone with 2k staking power and $2k ‘organic volume’

I think punishing them is unjust as their actions isn’t detrimental to the protocol. Stable swap still costs the same standard fee as swapping other fungible tokens.

It should not make any difference to the protocol if a user swaps stables or swaps SOL to stable.

There should be no discrimination as long as they pay the standard fees.

This is actually ridiculous.

And btw I have never done this and have no intention. I just know it’s not right.

Flipping it to help others win isn’t as altruistic as you might think. Since you cannot control or have a say on how they use or disburse it. The most altruistic thing would be, to negotiate a guaranteed percentage of the price if you flip and it lands. Or not flip and compete to win. Cos in that way, you’d be able to help those that really need help.

Yeah that's what I said. All he had to do was negotiate with the 5 remaining players. Cut a deal that guarantees him 25 percent of 10 million if he flips tails and doubles the winning price. They'd have agreed cos winner would take 7.5 million instead of the expected value of 5 million if he doesn't flip.

If it were me, I would have leveraged on the flip to get a guaranteed payout if he wins the flip. He could have negotiated with the other players, so whoever wins will give him 25 percent of 10 million if that he flips tails. Since the pot will still remain 5 million if he loses. I’m sure they’d have all agreed )
