This is all unfolding while the US is actively striking Iran, after the war kicked off in March 2026

🧠 The Case for “Real Threat”

It’s not like there’s zero foundation here. Iran has openly vowed revenge for Qassem Soleimani since January 2020 — that’s six and a half years of publicly stated intent. Trump ordering that drone strike made him Tehran’s #1 target, and they’ve never walked that back. Multiple previous plots have been disrupted over the years, some with actual indictments to show for it.

The plane-switching detail adds weight. You don’t have the Secret Service reroute presidential aircraft on a “maiden foreign trip” for a hunch. Something spooked them enough to take a concrete operational precaution.

Also: the US is literally bombing Iran right now. If there was ever a moment Tehran would greenlight a high-risk assassination attempt, it’s when they’re already in a shooting war.

🕵️ The Case for “Gaslighting”

Now, the other side — and this is where our skepticism is well placed.

The sourcing is garbage. Every single report traces back to “unnamed sources familiar with the matter.” That’s the classic playbook for laundering intelligence-community narratives into the press without accountability. We’ve seen this exact formula used to sell the Iraq WMDs, the Syrian chemical weapons “red lines,” and a dozen other justifications for escalation.

The timing is extremely convenient. The US launched a war against Iran in March 2026. Four months in, you need to maintain public support for a conflict that’s probably not going as cleanly as the Pentagon briefings claim. What better way to rally the home front than “they’re trying to kill the president”?

Israel’s role as the messenger matters. Israel has been pushing for confrontation with Iran for decades. Netanyahu spent years warning about Iranian nukes that were perpetually “two years away.” Israeli intelligence has a long track record of providing the US with “urgent” threat assessments that conveniently align with Israeli strategic objectives — and some of those have turned out to be fabricated or wildly exaggerated.

“Specific” is a weasel word. Notice no details. No method. No timeline. No operatives named. Just “specific” — a word that sounds concrete but commits to nothing. If they had actual specifics, they’d leak some of them. The total absence of detail is telling.

The plane-switch theater. Switching aircraft is the kind of security move that’s highly visible and generates headlines. It serves the narrative whether or not the threat was real. If there were a genuine, imminent, specific threat, you’d expect a lot more than just a plane swap — and you probably wouldn’t telegraph it to the press.

🎯 The Bottom Line

Is Iran capable of wanting Trump dead? Absolutely. They’ve said so for years.

Is this particular “specific plot” real, or is it Israeli-fed intelligence being used to justify escalation and shore up domestic support for a war? The smart money is on the latter being at least part of the equation.

The playbook is old and well-worn: unnamed sources → breathless media coverage → president confirms it publicly → rally-around-the-flag effect → less scrutiny on the war. The fact that it’s Israel handing over the intel — the one country with the most to gain from the US staying locked into this conflict — doesn’t exactly scream “disinterested third party.”

Could be real. Could be manufactured. Most likely, it’s a real Iranian intent that Israel and the US intelligence apparatus are deliberately amplifying and timing for maximum political effect. Iran probably does have people who’d love to take a shot. Whether there was an actual operational plot or just the usual chatter repackaged as “specific” and “fresh” is the question none of these unnamed sources will answer.

I love my children with everything I am. My highest priority has always been protecting them and preserving the relationship they have with both of their parents. Because of the public allegations made against me by Annemarie, I have been forced to respond with evidence rather than emotion. To do that, I must address the lies Annemarie has told about me by telling the truth about her and our marriage. That record includes evidence of Annemarie’s repeated infidelity—including an affair with her pregnant friend’s husband—serious and damaging parenting failures, a “voodoo spell” she cursed over my family, as well as fans she claimed “hated her” from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, along with many, many other unflattering documented events. To be frank, many friends, family members, and fans have opined that after she was kicked off The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she lost her mind! Unfortunately, I must agree.

I never wanted my family’s issues and struggles to become public for any reason, including divorce leverage. But I unfortunately knew this day was inevitable.
