P’Tay is making a Thai pun with the word “prun.”
In Thai, “prun” means a prune (the fruit). However, “prun” is also a word that means to be heavily marked, covered, or battered from repeated actions.
Tay wanted to say that “Toto was kissed by Kanit on the cheeks until his cheeks were covered with kisses.” Since both meanings share the same pronunciation and spelling, he jokingly posted a picture of prunes instead of writing the word directly.
