@EgboroSolomon@skully69er@WellsJorda89710 Christianity is born of Holy Spirit. Christ is the first fruits, not Judaism.
A Christian is a follower of the Son of God.
@ChristIsComing5 5 foolish virgins rush out to buy oil when they realise it is the time of the end. 1 Thessalonians 5 talks about those who aren't ready will be caught off guard.
My believe is they repent and are forgiven, but they must go through the trials of persecution and die as a martyr.
@ChristIsComing5 I believe the woman in Rev 12 is the bride who has made herself ready. She is the wise virgins that were ready in the parable. She is protected in the wilderness (trib) for 3.5 years. The 5 foolish are cast out into outer darkness (trib) to be refined in the fire of persecution
@ChristIsComing5 One group have made themselves ready. 5 wise virgins have oil in there lamps. Rev 12 woman is clothed in the Sun(righteousness of the Father)
Moon under her feet - Christ firm foundation.
Crown of 12 stars - governed by Holy Spirit
@ChristIsComing5 In Rev 12 the woman who is the church flees into the wilderness and is protected, not raptured.
Satan tries to come after but cannot. He then turns his attention to the rest of the saints. It is clear both groups are saints.
@Wreckless4Him@occupyfinearts@ChristIsComing5 God doesn't pour out his wrath on his children. He pours it out on the ungodly. The ungodly persecute Gods people, God judges the ungodly. Throughout history there has been thousands of Christian martyrs, we should not think that the western world will get a free pass at the end
@sheilatebra Could it also be a type of Gods people being on earth for 6000 years and then going up on the 7th (milinium reign). God called Moses up on the 7th day.
1Peter 3:8 "But do not overlook this one fact, that with the Lord one day is as a 1000 years, and a 1000 years as one day."
