⁉️Government Grocery Stores ⁉️
Think about all the stuff in a grocery store
Fresh, frozen & cooked food, workers, scanners, cart returns, trucking docks, etc
Government can’t fix its *payroll software* without wasting BILLIONS!
This would NOT make groceries more affordable!

BREAKING: MP Mike Dawson is going to court to stop the government from forcing him to take the politician pay raise.
Dawson was the only MP to publicly and forcefully opposed the April 1 politician pay raise.
Instead of wasting more tax dollars fighting Dawson in court, the government should do the simple thing and let MPs turn down a pay raise.

CBC has a bad habit of wasting taxpayers’ money & hiding it – but there’s a 0% chance it’ll be able hide this
CBC must release every contract, invoice, receipt & email associated with the “comedy” show that humiliated Mounties

How does Carney and entourage rack up a $195,400 airplane food bill on three international trips?
Here's some of the airplane food they enjoyed on your dime (from government ATIPs):
Beef tenderloin with bordelaise sauce.
Scottish salmon fillet.
Sautéed beef with "world famous creamy sauce."
Chicken with white wine gravy.
Lamb rump, veal escalope...
For dessert? "Luxury Normandy butter cups," blueberry cheesecake, crème brûlée, chocolate mousse ...
Records also show multiple wines served on board.
Carney and entourage chew through $195,000 worth of airplane food during three international trips.
Carney spent more money on airplane food during three trips than the average family will spend on groceries in a decade.
They’re living the high life and sending you the bill.
🚨Saskatchewan needs to stay carbon-tax free.🚨
That means Moe needs to say NO to Carney and whatever carrot he dangles in front of Saskatchewan.

Instead of creating a convoluted and bureaucratic system for getting rid of bad city councillors, just let voters do it with a recall law.
And while voters are at it, they should be able to recall their MPPs too.
My colleague @Gabgiguere1 and I were in Ottawa to make our prebudget recommendations yesterday.
Our message is clear: the current trajectory of our public finances is not sustainable, and we will need to cut expenditures to get the budget back to balance.

Premier Ford got caught billing taxpayers for a private jet. Now taxpayers are on the hook for nearly $200k to send the jet back and forth.
$200k down the drain, just like that.
Premier Susan Holt promised restraint.
Instead:
❌ $1.4 BILLION in new debt this year
❌ $3.6 BILLION added to the debt since taking office
❌ $91,000 increase in premier’s office salaries

“We need accountability and we need it now,” Binda said. “Seven soccer games shouldn’t come with a blank cheque, and without a publicly released budget, that’s exactly what this looks like.”
Andrew Coyne: "The fastest growing spending item in the budget is not for health or defence or anything else. Its interest on the debt ... it's not a crisis, let's say, it's not an emergency, but it's a far too high degree of complacency in the face of gathering storm clouds."
Globe and Mail Editorial:
"In the upside-down land of the Liberals, a spending spree is a spending cut, blowing a windfall of billions of dollars is prudent and failing to prepare for a fiscal storm is, well, just good management."
