@kcbullets_dale A LOT of misinformation in this video. There is no PEP designation. People will get kicked out of their bank because of money laundering or suspicious activity under the Back Secrecy Act. Problem with marijuana businesses is it’s still against federal law so that’s a problem.

@kcbullets_dale Congress needs to change the laws on so many banking laws including BSA, which includes marjuiana and things that are still illegal under federal law but legal in some states. There’s a lot of issues with Fintechs that still need to get ironed out too. Just google Synapse.
