Tropical Storm Debby has strengthened to a Hurricane this evening, Sunday night, August 4th (Almost the 5th). The national hurricane center is literally saying "catastrophic flooding likely" due to the stalling out of the storm in the next several days over the SE United States.

@ReedTimmerAccu @accuweather @NWSBUFFALO @JLAngeline I'm very impressed w. your reports but you completely are misleading folks into thinking that that is the right snow measurement. Im sure you are aware that snow is "cleared" every six hours and there is at least 20% more snowfall total that actually "fell" prior to compression
