I accept she is of the left, and views she has expressed in the past are not the views of many.
But as GG she must now be above politics, and be GG for all.

My hope for this is it raises the bar on what people expect from PT in Sydney. We already have one of the best PT networks on the planet but we can do a lot better - hopefully we get way more metro lines and brt etc etc

NSW's New Intercity Fleet, even with its ongoing dramas, is looking to cost around $3.2b for 610 double deck rail cars, imported from Korea (~$5m ea).

QLD's Train Manufacturing Program will cost $7b for 390 single deck cars, made in QLD (~$18m ea).
