Off it goes! Our new, but defective refrigerator is replaced, thanks to @HomeDepot! @Frigidaire @ElectroluxGroup treated us terribly! Months of repairs, empty apologies & horrible customer service. Home Depot went above and beyond to help us! Thank you, Home Depot! #ElectroSux

Contacting customer service is only good for one thing. Setting up service appointments. I’ve had multiple repairs, multiple service appointments. Customer service has not been helpful. Why do you think it would be now?

This is my brand new refrigerator that has been fixed twice in the last eight months. @Frigidaire @ElectroluxGroup has made multiple visits and decided that it is not fixable. They’ve promised me for weeks that they will schedule the replacement. I have heard nothing from them.
