Q. As you mark your 10th anniversary since debut, how do you feel, and anything you’d like to say to the fans who’ve been with you until now?
TY: I always sing with gratitude for everyone who has been on this journey with me. With this 10th anniversary as a new start, I’ll show you an even better image of myself.
Q. You’re presenting a new version of your debut song ‘I’ for the first time in 10 years. How does it feel to revisit the song?
TY: It’s become such a signature song for me and is incredibly precious, which is why I decided to create a new version. New songs are great, of course, but I wanted to express the charm of an existing song from a different perspective.
Q. This album contains 24 tracks selected to represent key phases and genres of your career. If you had to choose one song you regret not being able to include, what would it be?
TY: It’s hard to choose just one, so I’ll pick two. ‘Circus’ and ‘Something New’ from my 3rd mini album.
Q. What kind of song is the new title track ‘Panorama’?
A. It’s a story about offering a heartfelt greeting to both my past self and my future self. It’s a song that came to life with my fans in mind.
Q. How do you envision the next 10 years of Taeyeon as an artist?
A. I think I’ll stand before people and before myself with a more comfortable, happier, and more confident presence.
