@flyairshare@FreddyLA7 Keep manifesting this! @flyairshare is about to make the plot twist in the movie epic! @flyairshare - I am volunteering my chaperone services if you want to pick me up at MSP in the morning.
@SawyerMerritt@Starlink I love @delta…Diamond medallion here and almost million miller. They do so many things right so I struggle with this one. In my opinion, they got this one so wrong. On top of that, their pricing is so out of control that I need to start looking for other options.
@amazon@Amazonleo@Delta This will show up in 2 years like my prime delivery shows up in 2 days. I’ll believe it when I see it, but probably will never happen and certainly isn’t something you can rely on. This is horrible move on Delta’s part. Starlink is a proven system and available today!
@austinbv@Flighty@loganspurgeon The KTN is a static number and this is not something I would want cluttering up the UI. I have rarely needed this number and if I do, I can pull it from my profile in my airlines app.
@nicksortor This Lasai Aviation Global landed at Briggs last night at 10:37. AXLE10 is utilized as a prototype for the Army's HADES program. It’s a key part of next-gen aerial intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance (A-ISR) capabilities designed for deep-sensing against peer adversaries
@castedev@dmiiiitrii Sorry bro…every single pilot out there uses an iPad with an app for every single flight! I wouldn’t get on a plane without a pilot that isn’t using one. I guess you could demand they go back to paper maps.
@BrianHegseth@CollinRugg@BrianHegseth Minnesotan here…I work just up the road from you. There is a new vehicle we build that could really be used in these situations. You should come take a look at it.
@shellenberger You have some misinformation. LAFD’s electric fire truck was ~1.3 million, not 6 million. The truck’s water tank was over pressurized but was repaired and placed back in service soon after.
It is currently undergoing repairs from an accident and will be back next month
@Mackennen@elonmusk Electric fire trucks have back up generators that recharge the batteries and/or power the pump. They can pump indefinitely in those rare situations.
They are not for everyone, but they make sense for some stations with their operational efficiencies.
@alexanderBC83@SawyerMerritt This truck has been in development for over 10 years. A Tesla based platform could be interesting but fire trucks are very complex and more than just the driveline has to be considered. By the way, Tesla has one of these trucks protecting Giga Berlin.
@SawyerMerritt@KeyOn_M6@SawyerMerritt The Mesa truck has a Cummins ISB 6.7 liter range extender in it as well. It’s a fire truck, it needs to have redundancy built in. The Rosenbauer RTX uses a BMW diesel as a range extender. Let me know if you want to take one for a spin!
