@HannibalBarca86 It didn’t. I do think it came into play on upgrading Billy to a F2. I truly felt it could have gone as a flop call, but I haven’t seen one of those called in 2 years. I wouldn’t even known his schedule if some national people didn’t put it out there.

@HannibalBarca86 This doesn’t change the fact the NCAA should distribute officiating better. One ref has worked a team 7 times this season—3 in the last month—and is now assigned a 4th in that stretch because of regional placement. That is asinine, and brings familiarity bias into play.

@mateo129727 I had Arizona picked to win. Not crying about the loss, Arizona is the better team. Arkansas lost badly to pretty much every top 10 NET team they played this year. The lack of defense killed us in those games. So go sit and spin.

@NiceAnderson1 Not saying he isn’t a good official. But I don’t feel someone who has called one team that many times should be assigned their Sweet 16 or further game. It brings in familiarity bias and last night I feel it occurred with him as the head official, especially on the Billy call.

This guy worked 6 Arizona games before March, then had them in Big 12 Championship game so naturally the NCAA puts him in their game in Sweet 16…..why?

This is Kissinger's 6th Arizona and Kansas Big 12 Conference Game each this year. He is an outstanding official, but that is a lot. Additionally, working 2 games for the same team in the same week (this time Kansas, earlier in Jan was Arizona) is not a recipe for success imo👍

Kissinger is an unbelievable official. But he just worked KU/HOU on Monday, this will be his 2nd straight Kansas game. He also did back to back Arizona games, twice in the same week, in late January.

Familiarity breeds contempt. Not good assigning by Higgins/Big 12 imo.

@DannyWest247 Much more about piss poor tackling. Can’t just hit a guy with a shoulder and expect them to go down. Even when they “wrap up” they are not truly finishing the tackle. Absolutely embarrassing effort.
