Here’s what actually happened ⬇️

• @donMiguelSLC filed a GRAMA request with the @utahag for reports he knew existed
• The @utahag denied the existence of responsive records
• That denial was false and violated GRAMA

What happened next matters 👇

• The Court entered summary judgment against Michael
• After judgment, a whistleblower came forward
• The whistleblower provided unredacted copies of the very records the @utahag said did not exist

Because of that deception:

• @goud4utah filed a Rule 60(b) motion seeking relief from judgment based on:
– (2) Newly discovered evidence
– (3) Fraud, misrepresentation, or misconduct by an opposing party
