@F1grimreaper @perfectdraftuk @PerfectDraft_uk Our machine is brand new and only done the one keg. Have had to now switch it off, as the continual intermittent high pitched whine is intolerable. Would be nice to get some resolution to this ASAP.

@virginmedia your service is off in WA16 postcode, but your service status board says it’s all working. I can assure you that it’s not working, so would welcome an update on when it will be resolved?
