i happened to watch a drama during the chuseok holidays. i binge-watched a drama on netflix called ‘you and everything else’ over 3 days, and it really left a strong impression on me.

the story deals deeply with the pain of families left behind after suicide, various perspectives on life and death, and even the issue of dignified death. it touches on themes that our society really needs to think about seriously. it made me reflect a lot. especially, the feelings of guilt, loss, and social isolation experienced by those who lose loved ones to suicide were portrayed so realistically that it broke my heart.

another thing that really stood out to me was how the drama calmly handled the sensitive topic of dignified death. it carried a message that made me think about how society can respect and embrace different choices regarding how one faces the end of life.
